Blonding and specialty color are customized to each client, and some looks take more than one session to reach. Color correction is handled by consultation only. Hair extensions begin with a consultation to match color and discuss length.

Every color service includes Olaplex or B3, and lightening services add a toner. Haircuts and treatments include a shampoo and a blowout. Prices can vary with hair length, thickness and texture, and for some treatments with how much product is used.

Bridal clients request a quote through an online form. Bride pricing includes a trial, billed on the trial day, and a non-refundable deposit at booking covers the bride's day-of cost. According to the salon, its goal is to bring out each bride's natural beauty on her wedding day.

Services that run longer than three hours or cost $200 or more require a deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a rebooking fee. Clients should arrive no more than 15 minutes early and text if running late; arrivals more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled and charged a flat fee or half the appointment. Fees and deposits are non-refundable. Children are welcome but must stay in the reception area, as the salon does not provide child care.

Blonding and color are tailored to each client, with extra sessions added when a look needs them, and color services use Olaplex or B3.
