A visit starts with a personal consultation, where the stylist talks through what the client wants and offers honest recommendations. Services take place in a private booth, and the team is kept small on purpose so each client gets focused attention.

Stylists book their own appointments and can be called directly. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, and Sunday is by appointment only. A credit card is required to book, and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

The salon takes an up-to-date approach built on personal consultations and honest recommendations, aiming for results that are easy to wear after the visit.
