Shear & Whiskey

Shear & Whiskey combines a hair salon with a barbershop in the historic part of downtown McMinnville. The space is relaxed and draws on the feel of speakeasy-style bars.

Haircuts are shaped around the individual, taking into account hair texture, face shape, personal style and how much time someone spends on their hair each day. Every cut begins with a consultation and ends with a shampoo and finished style.

Color work covers brunettes, grey coverage, dimensional blondes and more dramatic changes. Each plan is built around the result a client wants, how much upkeep they are willing to do, the condition of their hair and a longer-term color plan. Pricing depends on hair length, density and how complex the result is.

The barbering menu includes fades, beard refining and classic cuts. The salon says it aims for exceptional hair, real conversation and a visit people want to repeat, and that great hair should look effortless, service should feel personal and guests should feel at home.
