Haircuts, toning and color are the core services. Color services include a haircut and blow-dry styling. New color clients book an in-person consultation before any color service, which is complimentary, and complete a new client form covering their goals and hair history. Color appointments usually book four to six weeks ahead.

The blonding services are the signature work. The partial babylight and highlight brightens the top and the area around the face, the full babylight and highlight creates all-over bright blonde, and the foilayage and balayage adds brightness, depth, and dimension with a seamless grow-out. Each blonding service includes a K18 treatment, toner, a haircut, and blow-dry styling.

Policies are firm. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incurs a fee of 50% of the booked services, charged to the card on file. No-calls and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked services, and that amount is not credited toward future visits. Balances must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Listed prices are starting prices, and any extra costs tied to product use are discussed during the service.

The suite has wifi and snacks, and alcoholic drinks are offered.

Stephanie focuses on keeping clients' hair healthy and on being candid about what their hair can take, rather than pushing services it cannot handle.
