The salon aims for a calm experience from the moment a client walks in, and stylists plan looks that fit each client's daily life. Before a service, a color consultation can be booked to choose products and plan any color change.

Color is a major focus. Options include balayage and foilayage, highlights and lowlights in full, partial, crown, halo and face-frame placements, glazes and toners, touch-ups, and corrective color work. Glazes are applied at the shampoo basin, and according to the salon they typically last about a month. An Extra Batch add-on is available for several color services.

Beyond color, the menu includes haircuts for men, women, boys and girls, blowouts, curls, braids, updos and occasion styling, keratin and deep conditioning treatments, facial waxing, and makeup with lashes. Makeup and some styling services exclude weddings. Spray tanning uses BeetTan, a plant-based sunless solution that the salon says contains no cosmetic bronzers and does not stain or look orange.

Costs and the menu of services are open to change. The amount you end up paying may differ depending on hair length, hair density, hair condition and the treatments required.
