The menu falls into three groups. Cut, style and treatment services include haircuts done with scissors, clippers, or a razor and finished with a blow-dry, a curl-specific cut with extra time to define curls or create a silk press, and blow-dry styles. Treatments range from a quick targeted treatment to conditioning treatments with scalp and neck massage and a longer customized option that adds hand and arm massage. Treatments must be booked with a haircut or styling service.
Color is divided into dimensional and foundational services. Dimensional options include mini highlights around the face or crown, partial and full tailored highlights, partial and full balayage for soft, blended warm tones, and dimensional color that combines root coloring with highlights throughout. Foundational services include glazes that refine blonde tones, reduce brassiness, or add warmth at the roots, root touch-ups, all-over color, and corrective color billed per hour for up to five hours of personalized care. Color must be booked with a haircut or styling service, and prices are given as ranges that reflect hair density and length. The high end of each range is the most a visit can cost, and the stylist states the final price before service begins. Listed prices are base prices.
New guests are asked to schedule a complimentary New Client Consultation with their first services. Major color changes or services not on the menu can be requested through a digital consultation by email.
Group special occasion bookings are arranged by email, with a contract and deposit needed to hold the date. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, with a $25 fee per service for late cancellations. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean dropping a haircut or blow-dry, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means services cannot be completed, with cancellation fees applying.
