New clients who are unsure what they want can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Some services start with a consultation of their own: the hair restoration consultation includes a hair and scalp exam under a microscope and a bio resonance test, the scalp and strand analysis includes a look at the scalp under a microscope, and color correction, specialty color, curling perms, extensions and keratin each have a consultation step first. Video chat consultations are also offered.
Color work ranges from brow tints and fashion color on single foils or tips to full foil highlights, toning glosses and retouch packages that bundle color with conditioning and a cut. Hair services include cuts, thermal and no-heat styling, formal styling, intensive treatments for stressed or damaged hair, perms, straightening relaxers, keratin and extensions. The salon also does makeup, which includes false eyelashes, and waxing, which is recommended for more than three areas.
Hair and makeup are offered for weddings, photo shoots and film projects, and the portfolio shows bridal hair and makeup, going grey sessions, updoze styles and on-site work for occasions. Select services can be done on location, but clients must call the salon before booking. Policies include free rescheduling up to two times, a 20% rescheduling fee after that, a 20% fee for cancellations under 24 hours, and a 40% charge for same-day cancellations and no-shows. Some new-client services require deposits, gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final, and in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later subject to approval.
