The salon offers luxury color, silk press styling, and a range of extension services. Tape-in extensions start at $699 and double or single weft micro link extensions start at $799, with hair included in those prices. Tape-ins last about 6 to 8 weeks, and micro links last about 12 weeks with a 6-week maintenance appointment. Traditional sew-ins are offered as well, but hair is not included and is bought in the retail shop, ideally 10 days before the appointment so it is in stock. Sew-ins last about 8 weeks. Returning extension clients have their own installation option, and maintenance and removal are listed separately. Head spa, shampoo services and lash extensions round out the menu. The salon describes its services as unparalleled.
Booking requires a credit card to hold an appointment, but no deposit is charged. The card is used according to the cancellation policy. The retail shop sells hair extensions, including tapes, bundles and clip-ins, along with shampoos, conditioners, serums, treatments and styling products. A retail hair growth serum is priced at $25.00.
Each year since 2015 the salon has run Humble Holidays, a program that provides meals or toiletry bags to people experiencing homelessness. It serves more than 100 meals or toiletry bags each Thanksgiving morning, funded by donations.
