Shear Compassion combines everyday hair services with charitable work and community giving. Its Pay It Forward offerings let a client purchase a haircut that is gifted to someone referred by a community service partner, and its Give Back Pack bundles three pre-paid full service haircuts with one of those gifted cuts.

About

The menu is organized for families and all genders. Children's haircuts are offered for ages 10 and younger, and men and women can choose standard or full service cuts. The full service men's cut includes a customized cut, shampoo, scalp massage, warm towel treatment and styling. Every cut includes a free neck trim covering the ears, neck and sideburns.

Color services include hair toner, root touch ups, partial and full highlights and all over color. Perms, sew-in extension installs, braiding, blow outs and formal event styling are also available, with formal event styling suited to occasions such as weddings, galas and special events. Waxing covers eyebrows and facial hair, and the brow makeover adds lamination, perming, tinting and a wax finish.

The salon offers a sensory cut designed for children, teens and adults who have autism, sensory sensitivities, ADHD or anxiety. These appointments are given extra time, and the lighting and music can be adjusted to suit the client.

Booking policies are clear: cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation is charged 25% of the scheduled service price. No-shows are charged the full rate of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. The salon is open Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
