Each session is held one-on-one in a private suite that is set up for a single guest at a time. The menu covers haircuts, clipper cuts, blow dry and styling, partial and full highlights, color treatments, perms, and a children's cut for ages 12 and under, along with brow color and brow, lip, chin and underarm waxing. Appointments run from 15 minutes for a brow or lip wax up to two hours for a full highlight.

Redken products are used for every shampoo, conditioning and styling service and are available to buy. Keune is used for color services and Schwarzkopf for highlights. The business asks for at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellation; a late cancellation is charged the full cost of the booked service. Outstanding fees must be settled before a new appointment can be booked. Accepted payments include cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Venmo.
