Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Each service lists its approximate time, from about 10 minutes for a unibrow or toes to around 45 minutes for a full leg, which helps when planning a visit.

The men's menu includes a male bikini line, a full male bikini and a male Brazilian. Those services run roughly 25 to 40 minutes, and some of them ask for a deposit: $15 for the male bikini line, and $30 for the full male bikini and the male Brazilian.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made with less notice than that is charged a 40% service fee to the card on file. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use a buy now, pay later option, which is subject to approval before the appointment.
