Custom Intricate Design is built around the client's choice of artist and takes about five and a half hours; pricing varies with the design. A deposit is required at booking, and clients who want nail art should send their inspiration by the end of the day before the appointment. Nail fixes are free within the first week after a service, and later fixes are charged. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice to avoid penalties, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period before a late fee or cancellation applies. Gift cards are sold, and the studio sells Liquid Gold Hydration Oil. All sales are final.
