Fill-in visits are timed around how many natural lashes remain. A fill-in needs at least 40 percent of natural lashes still in place, and the business recommends two fill-ins before booking another full set. If more than three weeks pass since the last visit, a fill-in cannot be booked and the appointment is treated as a full set. A removal followed by a full set is suggested after two fill-ins.
The studio also offers training through its SLU one-on-one lash courses. The beginner course covers a starter kit, a manual, a mannequin head, hands-on practice on a live model or mannequin, branding and marketing tips, and a certificate of completion. A shorter refresher is offered for lash artists who already have experience.
