The menu is built around acrylic full sets in short, medium and long lengths with tips included in any shape, along with acrylic overlays. A fill-in done after four weeks is booked as a full set, and fill-ins are also offered for sets started by another tech or salon. Gel-X extensions come in short, medium, long, extra long and XX long lengths in any shape, with fill-ins available at any length and shape. Acrylic prices are listed on a separate price page.

Manicures run in three tiers, from a dry option with filing, shaping, cuticle work and clear top coat, to a basic gel color service, to a premier version that adds a sugar hand scrub, hot towel and hand massage. Pedicures follow a similar path, starting with a basic spa pedicure and moving up to options with a hydrating mud mask, a volcanic bubbling spa water soak, a jelly bead bath or a hot stone massage. Scent choices are available for several of the higher pedicure tiers, and pedicure prices are listed on their own page.

Nail art is booked as an add-on because designs are not included in the set price. Clients are asked to send an inspiration picture by text at least two days before the appointment, unless they book a freestyle set where Shayla chooses the design. Options include solid gel color, frenchies, ombre, encapsulated art, 3D art, and 2, 4 or 10 finger designs, while rhinestones or a full bling nail are priced at $10 per nail.

Products and gifts are available on the website and through an Amazon storefront. Nail soak-off kits are sold on the site, and eGift cards come in $10, $20, $25, $50 or a custom amount, which can be sent to yourself or to several recipients by text or email. Online orders are processed within five to 10 business days. Online product sales are final, with returns, refunds and exchanges offered only for shop mistakes or manufacturing defects, and approved refunds take three to five business days. Updates and tutorials are shared on Instagram and TikTok under @Shayluxnails, and on YouTube.

Acrylic sets are made by bonding a liquid monomer and powder polymer paste to the natural nail, then shaping and hardening it.
