New clients begin with a short questionnaire about their hair. The stylist then gets in touch within one to two business days to talk through hair goals and book. A complimentary virtual or phone consultation of about 15 minutes is offered to new clients who do not need color correction. Color corrections and cases where highlights have grown out past about three inches require an in-person consultation, which costs $50.
Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a color retouch with a style out and a tone-and-treat glaze service, through grey coverage, to a return-to-natural service for hair that has been highlighted, and full or dimensional blonding. Blonding appointments can include a haircut, a melt or a retouch as add-ons.
Beyond color, the menu includes haircuts with a shampoo, scalp massage and blowout, hair topper services, handtied extensions priced by length and density, a scalp treatment with a hot towel and conditioning, a Brazilian Blow Out, and a blow out and style, which is a separate service from the Brazilian Blow Out. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered during appointments, and the stylist follows up a few days after each visit.
Hours are Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The business is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each client gets an individual focus, with a consultation before a service to agree on the result they want.
