Haircuts are done on dry hair, since that is how most clients wear and style their hair, and each cut follows natural movement and texture. Dry haircuts include styling and tips for styling at home. Barber cuts and a short clipper cut are also offered, and weight removal is available as a quick service that thins without trimming, shaping, or styling.

Color services center on sun-kissed lightening and glossing. Options range from a gloss that refreshes tone, to a root touch-up that also covers gray, to mini, partial, and full highlights, each finished with a gloss, blowout, and style. Hydrating treatments include a blowout and four take-home treatments, and the add-on version can be paired with a haircut or color appointment.

New clients are welcome. When a preferred time is full, clients can join the waitlist while booking by selecting services, choosing Waitlist, and adding the days and times that work. Cancelling with 48 hours or less notice is charged at 50% of services, and with 24 hours or less at 100%, to the card on file. Clients more than 10 minutes late are asked to text the salon, and those more than 15 minutes late may lose their guaranteed appointment and be charged a cancellation fee.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 2 to 8 pm, Friday from noon to 7 pm, and Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Indoor valet parking is available at the LAZ Parking Garage at 175 Kent Avenue, and guest parking there is $8 for up to four hours or $12 for up to ten hours.

Haircuts are cut dry and tailored to each client's natural movement and texture, with color and treatments planned around how the hair is worn day to day.
