The studio describes itself as a private, female-friendly tattoo studio. Fine line tattooing is the owner's favorite service and the one clients book most often, with custom designs made for each client. Groups can book together, for example a tattoo session with friends.

The studio grew out of body sugaring. The owner was certified in 2014 and sugaring became the main service once she had built up a client base. Microblading was added in 2018, followed by brow lamination with tint and shaping, and then lash lifts and tints. Fine line tattooing came next, after an interest in permanent makeup led the owner to tattooing.

Booking details are set out in advance. Tattoo designs need to be sent in one week before the appointment, and the drawing time is not included in the appointment itself. Tattoo bookings take a non-refundable retainer or prepayment, and the remaining balance is due at the visit. For body sugaring, hair should be grown out 10 to 14 days first. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee.
