Consultations are the starting point for many clients. A standard consultation takes 15 minutes and costs $20, while a hair replacement consultation runs 30 minutes in a private booth for the same price. Virtual consultations by FaceTime, Skype or phone are also offered at $20 for 15 minutes, which suits clients who are not local.

Extensions include fusion extensions and strand-by-strand infusion, both priced at $1,500. The strand-by-strand service includes the hair and is applied with a silicone-tipped hair and an electronic applicator. Tape-in extensions start at $500 and vary by length and volume, with hair included. Sew-in options are braided weave with net, Malaysian and web weaves, and an integrated sew-in. The web weave can cover 90 to 100 percent of a client's hair, and for new clients the integrated sew-in does not include hair.

Wig work covers non-surgical hair replacement wig installs, standard installs, a short-term celebrity install bonded with white glue, and installs of wigs not made by the studio. Installs last four to six weeks. Re-applications, wig removal and lace wig maintenance are also offered.

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to hold an appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead or not showing up forfeits the deposit, and late cancellations can be charged up to 25 percent of the service price, or 50 percent for a no-show. Wigs and extensions can also be ordered online. Orders ship by USPS at a flat rate of $10 within the US or $25 internationally. In-stock items ship within 3 to 7 business days, and custom orders can take up to 21 business days.
