Every children's haircut, for boys or girls, includes a wash, a cut and a blow-dry. Young clients can settle into a seat styled as a Dodge Police Cruiser, a Barbie Jeep, a Lightning McQueen race car or a Mini Cooper while cartoons or Netflix play. Girls' cuts also come with a minicure and a glamour ring. According to the salon, video games, a balloon and a lollipop are included with every haircut.

For a first cut, the Child's First Haircut Experience includes the haircut, a certificate, a lock of hair to keep and a photo. Children who experience anxiety or sensory sensitivities can be given a social narrative beforehand to help them prepare for the appointment.
