Shara Stevenson

Shara Stevenson has worked in beauty since 1999, when she began her career. Her work now spans nail art, nail enhancements, esthetics and teaching.

Her training started at esthetics school at Citrus College in Glendora, California, and she holds an esthetician license. She received a nail technician license in 2001 and added a Georgia nail technician license in 2009. Instruction has also come from several nail and skin care brands and educators: Light Elegance, CND, OPI, Make Up For Ever, Renny Vasquez, Roshar, Dermalogica and YonKa Paris.

Teaching makes up much of her work. In 2011 she became a Young Nails Mentor, educating nail technicians and students about the Young Nails product line and how to use it. Atlanta Beauty and Barber, Empire Beauty School, and the International School of Skin, Nailcare and Massage Therapy have all hosted her as an instructor. She has also run salon workshops for Atlanta nail salons, including UV Nail Lounge and Beauty Concierge, and presented at the Premiere Orlando and ABS Chicago trade shows.

Combines current nail trends with a clean service environment, and includes teaching other nail technicians as part of the practice.
