The signature device is Emsculpt NEO, an FDA-cleared body contouring system made by BTL that combines HIFEM energy and radiofrequency heat in one applicator for 30-minute sessions. EXION is a non-invasive radiofrequency platform for skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, skin texture, cellulite appearance and fat reduction on the face and body. EXION Body combines radiofrequency with electrical muscle stimulation for areas from the abdomen and banana rolls to the knees and upper back. Sessions run about 8 to 30 minutes, usually once a week for about four weeks, and mild redness and swelling typically fade within a few hours. EXION Face covers the full face, cheeks, eyes, lips, perioral area, neck and submentum, with full-face sessions of about 45 minutes. EXION Clear RF is the newest addition to the platform and uses Smart Microablation technology for uneven pigmentation, brown and red spots and uneven tone and texture. It is a single treatment, and patients who choose another treatment are advised to wait at least 30 days. A numbing cream is offered at no extra cost and adds about 30 minutes.

Radiofrequency microneedling delivers radiofrequency energy through micro-needles to resurface skin and reduce the look of wrinkles, acne scars and pigmentation. It can treat the full face, cheeks, eyes, lips, forehead, neck, decolletage, hands and abdomen. Full-face sessions take about 45 minutes and spot treatments take 10 to 20 minutes. Treatments are usually given as a series of three about four weeks apart. Numbing cream is applied about 30 minutes beforehand at no extra cost, and skin may look pink, like a mild sunburn, for about a day, so direct sun is avoided for a few days. Pricing is $699 for one treatment, $599 each for two ($1,198 for the pair) and $499 each for three ($1,497 total, including one exosome treatment). Exosomes, mixed fresh at each visit, can be added for $150 per treatment.
