The Express Units are fully constructed wigs made from virgin hair, with HD lace fronts and glue-less wear. They come in several textures and lengths, with listed prices from $195 to $340 and named styles such as Blair and Naomi starting at $280.

The Straight from the Vault collection offers The Signature and The Heir in 2x6 and 5x5 versions, priced from $735 to $770. The pre-order collection covers lace units, flip-over units, U-part units and other named styles, priced from $380 to $910, with some styles at a fixed price. Pre-orders ship within 14 to 20 business days.

Raw Hair Collections and Raw Hair Bundle Deals are sold as separate collections. Express Units process and ship in 7 to 12 business days, and raw hair collections ship in 7 to 10 business days. Orders go out by USPS and require a signature. Shipping time depends on the option chosen at checkout.

Policies are specific. Refunds are only issued for items in the condition they shipped in, and not for colored hair, cut lace or bundle holders, bleached knots, or makeup on the lace. Exchanges need hair returned in its original state, an item of the same value, and approval from photos sent by email. Custom and ready-to-wear units are final sale. The site also includes hair care guidance on gentle shampooing, holding hair by the weft, clarifying and moisturizing shampoo, and conditioner.
