Every visit is one-on-one and by appointment, with the studio open Thursday through Saturday. The aim is a place where clients can arrive as they are, without expecting perfection.

Treatments are shaped around each client's skin, lifestyle and needs on the day. The facial menu includes a Luxury Customized Facial ($155, one hour), a Deep Cleansing Facial for congested, breakout-prone or oily skin ($165, one hour), and a Lift + Tone Facial ($215), also listed as an advanced anti-aging facial, aimed at firmness, fine lines and skin texture. Teens ages 12 to 17 can book a 45-minute Teen Facial for $125, and men have their own customized and deep cleansing facials.

Facials are performed with veologē skincare, a professional line built around what the studio calls Buffered Actives: proven active ingredients balanced by antioxidants and barrier-supporting botanicals. The line was formerly sold as Vie by Shanti. It is available online and in the studio.

Dermaplaning visits run 30 minutes and include a skin analysis, cleansing, the dermaplaning itself, an enzyme peel when it suits the skin, and finishing products. Clients complete a medical history and consent form before a dermaplaning appointment. A 15-minute dermaplaning add-on ($95) can be added to any facial, and a 5-minute 35% salicylic acne peel ($55) is not suitable for anyone with an aspirin allergy.

Lash services include keratin lash lifts (60 minutes, $95), a lift and tint (60 minutes, $130), and brow, lash and combined tints. Lashes must be clean for a lift, and a $10 fee applies if mascara has to be removed. The waxing menu covers the face, body and intimate areas for women and men, and the studio describes its waxing services as award-winning. New guests booking Brazilian waxing pay $90 for 45 minutes, while regular clients returning within four to six weeks pay $78.

Shanti works from a holistic view of skin health, and treatments are adjusted to each client's skin, lifestyle and needs at the time of the visit.

The studio is warm, clean and quiet, with aromatherapy, soft linens, blankets and gentle heat.
