The menu covers manicures and pedicures for adults, men and children 12 and under, along with gel and Gel-X services, acrylic full sets, fills and rebalances, polygel, ombre sets, dip and encapsulated nails, Russian manicures, press-on nails, soak-off removal and nail repairs. Add-ons such as nail art, shaping, bling and 3D gel flowers can be booked with a service the same day.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead carries no penalty, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are charged the full price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 fee, and clients who are 30 minutes late have the appointment cancelled or pay a $30 inconvenience fee if the service can still be done.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The one-on-one nail class costs $375 and takes 240 minutes. It is fully customizable, held on Mondays only, and must be booked two weeks in advance with a $175 deposit.
