A consultation comes with every booking. New guests, anyone making a significant change, clients who need a correction, and those requesting specialty blonding must have one first. Color prices vary according to how thick the hair is, how long it is, and the outcome the guest is after. Most blonding and dimensional work calls for a toner, which carries its own charge unless the listing states otherwise. Corrective and custom color is charged by the hour once the consultation is done. Added time, product or color bowls can raise the total.

Booking terms include a free one-week adjustment period, though refunds are not offered. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge on the day of service. No-shows are charged in full and must leave a deposit before another appointment can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
