The menu is broad. Cuts for men and women sit alongside color, partial and full highlights, and combinations of those with a haircut or blow-dry. Chemical services include perms, specialty spiral, beachwave and piggyback perms, relaxers, and a Brazilian Blowout relaxer treatment that comes with a full-size shampoo and conditioner. Textured hair work is a major part of the menu: natural braids, cornrows, crochet styles, kinky twists, feed-in updos, single and box braids, braid extension removal, loc retwists, starting two-strand twists and interlocking. Natural hair is shampooed, conditioned, detangled and blown dry before braiding. Styling options include silk presses, rollersets, wash-and-go styling and curls or flat-iron work, and the salon also offers scalp and hair treatments and waxing for the brows, lip, chin and full face.

Booking has a few set rules. A $25 consultation is applied to the cost of the service when booked. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. Wig haircuts are done on wigs the client brings in, and the salon does not install wigs. Color is priced for roots one inch from the scalp, and color correction is charged by the hour, so the final cost depends on the service.

Every service is by appointment, and a paid consultation is credited toward the service once it is booked.
