Shandel Beauty Lab

Shandel Beauty Lab is a brow and lash studio in Teaneck, New Jersey. Founder and CEO Shandel Rodriguez launched the studio in 2020, and she personally performs the eyelash extension work.

The brow menu covers shaping without tint, starting at $20 and taking at least 15 minutes, and shaping with semi-permanent tint, starting at $40 and taking at least 25 minutes. Brow lamination, also called brow sculpt or brow lift, is a perm for the brows aimed at a fuller, more defined look; it costs $80 and takes 75 minutes.

The lash menu includes classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash and start at $100; hybrid sets, which blend classic and volume techniques and start at $120; and volume sets, where three to eight fine extensions are fanned onto each natural lash, starting at $140. Each extension appointment takes at least 120 minutes. For a fuller look without extensions or leave-on chemicals, eyelash lifting is a semi-permanent option at $100 for 60 minutes.

The studio also runs lash extension training workshops, starting at $850 and lasting at least 480 minutes. Students can choose a one-day intensive covering theory and practice or a two-day advanced course, and each workshop ends with a certificate of completion.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and is closed on Sundays. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 60% of the selected service rate. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
