Hair services include cuts for women, men and children, all-over color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, ombre, face frame and hand painted color, permanent waves, blow dries, and flat iron or curling styles. Color services require a consultation and a scheduled appointment, and some color processes can take a few hours. Prices are base prices that vary by stylist, hair texture and length, and they may rise if extra color product or time is needed.

The nail menu includes simple and deluxe manicures and pedicures, with the deluxe versions adding a moisturizing reflexology massage. The salon's tea tree experience adds a scalp massage with color-safe tea tree oil, and the hot towel shampoo includes a head, shoulder and hand massage with a tea tree mint scent. Gels and acrylics are not applied here, but removal of more than four gels or acrylics is offered.

Weddings and events are a regular part of the menu. Wedding hair is offered for the bride and each bridesmaid, with a $20 traveling fee and one practice session for the bride; a bridesmaid practice run is available for an extra $45. Evening updos are also offered. Appointments are open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday and Friday 2 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and after two no-shows clients can only come in as walk-ins. Children must be supervised, since the salon can be dangerous for them. Digital gift cards come in $15, $30, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom value and can be bought online through Square. Client information is never sold.
