Clients with a hair concern or a specific goal can ask for a free consultation before booking. Complimentary conditioning is included with services. Color services include a deep conditioning treatment, and relaxer services include an intense conditioning treatment and styling.
Pricing is listed per service, with some prices starting at a set amount or varying by length and style. Weaving and appointments outside normal hours require a $20 pre-booking deposit, which is applied to the balance when service is complete. Deposits are refunded to the original payment method only when a cancellation is made by call or text at least 8 hours ahead. Clients arriving more than 11 minutes late pay a $5 late fee, and those more than 15 minutes late without notice may be asked to reschedule.
The salon works from healthy hair as the foundation for any look, and the lead stylist says only quality professional products are used.
