Jasmarie owns the salon, directs the business and also works as a colorist. Pedro serves as artistic director. Stylists are rated across six levels: Levels 1 to 3 are junior, Level 4 is senior, and Levels 5 and 6 are master. Stylists are promoted and priced by level after completing the apprenticeship program. According to the salon, each level reflects advanced education, experience and particular specialties.

Services cover hair cuts, hair styling, color, lightening and balayage, foliage, textured hair and hair treatments. Color consultations are recommended for first-time color appointments, and virtual and email consultations are complimentary. Extensions are priced after a consultation. For bridal parties, hair and makeup can be provided on site or off site, with a personalized quote requested through a form.

Appointments can be booked online, though only some services are available that way. Gift cards can be bought through the website. Loyalty points are earned by referring a new client (10,000 points), pre-booking at checkout (5,000 points) and buying products of $60 or more before tax (2,000 points). 1,000 points equal one dollar and cannot be cashed out or gifted.

Cancellation charges depend on timing. Changes within 24 hours for blow dries, haircuts and deep conditioning treatments carry a charge of 50% of the booking, as do changes within 72 hours for color and lightening. Cancellations within 12 hours carry 100%. A valid credit or debit card is required to book. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge, which cash avoids. Blow dry packages have an expiration date. The salon does not serve children under 14, and clients under 18 need parental consent.

Stylist levels are built on education, experience and specialties, with advancement through an apprenticeship program.
