Surgical services cover breast procedures such as implant removal, lifts, reconstruction, augmentation and reduction for men and women, along with face lifts and eyelid surgery. Body procedures include liposuction, fat grafting and mommy makeovers. Anesthesia is provided on site by a board certified anesthesiologist. The practice also lists Oklahoma Aesthetic Surgery Center, opened in 2023 by Dr. Derek Shadid, which it says is fully accredited by QUAD A.

The Aesthetics Studio is described as a relaxed but upscale medical spa. Its menu includes neurotoxin injections such as Botox, Daxxify, Dysport and Jeuveau, dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane and Revance RHA, and The Lip Flip, a neurotoxin treatment that adds fullness to the upper lip without filler. Laser and microneedling options include Clear+Brilliant, Lutronic Ultra, Morpheus8, Genius RF Microneedling and SkinPen, alongside chemical peels and HydraFacial. Packages combine several of these treatments for skin rejuvenation, eye treatments, pigment correction, volume restoration and full-face renewal.

Treatment plans are built together by Sara Kelly and Dr. Derek Shadid, with surgical oversight from Dr. Shadid when needed. Surgical patients receive pre- and post-operative instructions in a one-on-one meeting with their provider. New patient consultations require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to services booked afterward and kept if no service is scheduled. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur a $150.00 fee, and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost or a flat $300. Low and no-interest CareCredit financing is available, and medspa package pricing is provided by consultation.

Treatment plans for injectables and skin treatments are built jointly by the nurse practitioner and Dr. Derek Shadid, with surgical oversight when needed, and anesthesia is handled on site by a board certified anesthesiologist.
