About forty percent of clients come from outside New Jersey, and clients range from their twenties to their sixties.

Visits from Tuesday to Friday are by appointment, and appointments can be booked online at any time. Extensions and larger color changes begin with a consultation, and the studio's stylists confirm the exact price at that point, since every listed price is a starting price. Many clients return every four to six weeks for color, and most cut clients come back every eight to twelve weeks. A cut and color can be booked together so the shape and the color placement are planned as one.

The studio's signature work includes hand tied invisible bead row extensions, which are cut and blended into the client's own hair, along with lived-in color, balayage and blonding. Balayage is hand painted and built to grow out without a hard regrowth line, usually lasting three to four months with a gloss around weeks eight to ten. Blonding services finish with a gloss and toning, and bond building treatment is included in balayage and blonding. The team trains on studio days, and the studio says it will tell clients when it is not the right salon for a requested service.

The studio focuses on protecting the health of clients' hair before making a sale, and it will say when another salon would be a better fit for a request. Color placement is planned around each client's face shape, natural level, part and how they wear their hair.
