Each spray tan is mixed for the individual client based on skin type, season and preference, and the studio keeps notes from every appointment. The Shade Signature tan is the main full body option and includes tan line fill-ins, contour, a bronzer color guide and a post-tan hydration spray. Lighter options include the Shade Basic tan, which uses a bronzer-based solution without fill-ins, the Shade Clean Eco-Tan, which contains no synthetic fragrance or colors and gives a light to medium result, and the Shade Premier Clear tan, which uses a clear solution with no bronzer guide and is sweatproof. The business says its solutions are vegan, paraben free and gluten free and are made in the US by women-owned brands. Clear tans cannot be performed by every technician, so that option depends on who is available.

Beyond tanning, the studio offers cosmetic teeth whitening in a single session using an above-enamel treatment with a prefilled tray and a cool blue LED light. Lash lifts, lash tints and a patch test are offered for lash services, and therapeutic massage is provided by Jenny. Mobile spray tanning can be arranged at a client's home, office, studio, hotel or another chosen location, and the front retail area can be rented for group spray tanning events.

Memberships and packages are available, including the Shade VIP membership for returning clients and a tanning membership. Gift certificates can be printed instantly, sent as a shippable card, or issued as a series, a package or a monetary amount, and are valid for all services and products. New clients can complete a waiver before their appointment.
