Manicures and pedicures come in tiers. A basic manicure includes trimming and shaping, cuticle care, and a hand and arm massage. The deluxe version adds a lavender sugar scrub, extra massage and a paraffin wax treatment. The basic pedicure covers a foot soak, callus removal, a citrus sugar scrub, a lower leg massage and a hot towel, while the deluxe pedicure adds a lavender scrub, a foot mask, extra massage and a choice of paraffin or hot stone massage. A basic manicure and pedicure combo bundles the two basic services together.

Gel work is available as a gel manicure, a gel color change for toes, a gel polish add-on, or a gel polish soak-off. Dipping powder can be applied as an overlay on natural nails or as a full set on extensions, in solid, pink and white, or ombre finishes. GelX full sets and infills come in x-short and short lengths in coffin, almond and square shapes. Creative nail art is priced per finger according to the design, and clients send their ideas to the salon by phone or text before the appointment so pricing and timing can be confirmed.

Children ten years old and under can book a kiddie manicure, a kiddie pedicure, or a polish change for hands and toes. Waxing covers the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and a full face wax that includes brows, lip and chin.

Booking requires a credit card on file, which is not charged unless a client is a no-show. Changes and cancellations should be made by phone, and a 50% charge applies to the scheduled service otherwise. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. A waitlist is available for those who cannot find a suitable time. Clients should mention extras such as nail design or soak-off when they book, and should share any allergies, physical concerns, disabilities or pregnancy before the service begins.

Gel manicures carry a 5-day guarantee and dipping services a 7-day guarantee, with a free repair in the original color for chips or lifting in that window. Breakages, tears and corner breaks after the guarantee are charged, and traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Cash is accepted, and major credit cards with a $10 minimum carry a 3% processing fee. Gratuities are appreciated, and eGift cards are available for purchase.

Treatments are tiered from basic to deluxe, with massage and scrub steps built into most manicure and pedicure services.
