The salon describes its aim as combining a customer-focused approach with a clean, sophisticated environment. Tools go through a three-step sanitation process, are sealed in pouches and stored in a UV anti-bacteria oven. Each client gets individual pumice stones and nail files, and pedicure bowls are disinfected after every appointment, with liners available on request.

The menu is organized around manicures, pedicures, acrylic and dip powder sets, men's services and waxing. Pedicures range from a basic service to spa versions that add hot stone massage, specialty soaks and masks.
