The studio was started to offer a more personal salon experience, with each appointment tailored to the individual. Sessions are one-on-one from start to finish, and the goal is hair that suits each client's features, lifestyle and goals.

Extension clients and anyone planning a major color change are advised to book a consultation first. Extensions are offered as K-tip, hand-tied weft or custom clip-in.

Visits are relaxed, with complimentary beverages and free parking nearby. Hours are Monday 1 to 8 pm, Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday 11 am to 7 pm and Thursday 10 am to 4 pm.

Color and extension plans are customized to each client's features, daily life and goals, with every appointment handled one-on-one.

The studio describes its feel as relaxed and elevated.
