SG Beauty Studio is a full body waxing studio in Roseville. Sherry opened it in September 2024 as her own waxing space. The studio says it wants clients to feel at ease about their hair removal, and it covers the face, arms, body, legs and intimate areas, along with brow and lash services.

About

Waxing is the core of the menu. The Brazilian (V) removes all pubic hair with hard wax and can be finished with a landing strip or triangle; it is for clients with a vagina. Other intimate options include a bikini line wax, an extended bikini line, an inner backside wax and a Brazilian with buttock wax. Body and face services are priced by area, from a chin or lip wax to a full back or full chest. The Vacation Ready Package covers brows, underarms, a bikini wax and full legs in about two hours and fifteen minutes for $150.

Brow and lash services include brow tint, brow lamination, lash tint and a lash lift with tint. Brow lamination is a three-step chemical treatment that uses the client's own brow hair to fill in sparse areas, without tattooing; it takes about 45 minutes and costs $85. A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes, with results lasting about six to eight weeks. Lash tint results typically last three to six weeks, and brow tint results typically last four to six weeks.

A 15-minute consultation is offered at no charge and is recommended before a first lash lift, brow lamination or waxing service; it includes a patch test on the inner arm or behind the ear. Clients are asked to stop exfoliating 48 hours before and after a waxing appointment, and to tell their waxer about any medications, since waxing is not recommended while taking certain retinoids or antibiotics.

According to the booking page, the studio is open Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a possible fee, and guests more than 5 minutes late are rescheduled. One guest may accompany a client in a non-intimate service. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent at their first visit. Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is in original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

The studio aims for each client to feel comfortable, confident and cared for, with a no-pressure approach to body hair. The studio says that regular waxing every four to six weeks makes hair grow back finer and sparser over time.
