The salon usually keeps body wave and kinky straight bundles on hand in lengths from 12 to 22 inches, sold first come, first served. Most styles need about three bundles, depending on the look. The salon recommends its own bundles and wigs for the best results and says they last two to three years or more with proper care. Wigs can be bought by pre-order, and custom wigs are made; clients who want one should ask at least a week before booking.

Previously used bundles, lace or wigs can be reinstalled if they are in good condition, and shampooing can be added at booking. Stylists do not work over installs, maintenance, takedowns or lace customization done by other stylists, and lace customized by anyone outside the salon will not be installed.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is due at booking and goes toward the appointment total. It can be transferred to a new date once; a second reschedule requires a new deposit. Clients can reschedule from the booking confirmation email or by phone, ideally at least 24 hours ahead. No late fee is charged, and the stylist will wait 30 to 45 minutes if the schedule allows, so clients should call if they are running late. Cash, debit and credit cards, and Cash App are accepted. Customer service replies within 24 to 48 hours.

The salon recommends using its own bundles and wigs for the best results.
