The team includes facial plastic surgeons and physicians who are board-certified, physician assistants with aesthetic medicine training, laser nurses, and medical aestheticians. Lee A. Kleiman, MD, FACS is listed as medical director, and he founded Severn River ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2005. Laser treatments take place in a medical setting, with board-certified physicians overseeing them.

A visit typically starts with a complimentary consultation at no charge. For laser work, the consultation assesses skin concerns and builds a customized treatment plan. Medical-grade skincare consultations look at skin type, concerns, goals, current routine, previous treatments, sensitivity and healing patterns. New patients can download intake forms before a first appointment and use a patient portal, and appointment requests receive a response from the team within two business days.

Credit card information is required for consultations and Groupon appointments, other scheduled appointments require a non-refundable deposit, and a non-refundable $50 fee is charged to the card on file for a missed appointment or a cancellation within 48 hours.

The practice pairs up-to-date technology with compassionate, expert care for a comfortable, efficient visit. Treatment plans are built for each person after a consultation.
