Customized facials are booked by time rather than from a fixed facial type, and the esthetician chooses products and steps during the appointment. The four tiers run 45, 60, 75 and 90 minutes and start at $150. The business describes its 75-minute Hollywood facial as its most popular option. Skin Solutions sessions, also booked by time, can combine exfoliation, corrective serums, extractions, masks, advanced modalities and relaxation, depending on what the client wants from the visit.

A visit follows four stages: a conversation about the skin, a skin assessment, the personalized service, and then next steps with product and home-care suggestions. Clients are asked to bring or list the home products they currently use and to mention any sensitivities, allergies or recent treatments.
