The facial menu centers on three Hydrafacial levels: Classic, Deluxe and Platinum. The business describes its vortex-infusion system as patented and as suitable for all skin types. Classic is a 30-minute face-only treatment without manual extractions. Deluxe runs an hour across face, neck and upper chest and adds manual extractions, an iS Clinical mask, arm and hand massage, a booster serum, oxygen mist and microcurrent. Platinum is the longest at one hour 30 minutes and adds an iS Clinical exfoliator and mask, foot massage, a Lightstim LED panel, and ice globes or gua sha. Hydrafacial visits finish with an iS Clinical hydrator and sunscreen. The European facial menu includes iS Clinical Fire and Ice, a 30-minute glycolic resurfacing peel with no extractions, a Back Clarifying Facial that covers the back in 45 minutes, and a one-hour European Custom Facial offered in brightening, acne clarifying and anti-aging versions with a neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage. The custom facial can include galvanic current, microcurrent or oxygen mist, chosen after a consultation.
Japanese Head Spa sessions run one hour, or one hour 30 minutes in the Ultimate version, which adds a 30-minute iS Clinical Fire and Ice facial. Each session begins with a scalp assessment under a microscope, then a high frequency comb, scalp cleanse, exfoliating gel, steam, argan oil infusion, massage of the scalp, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, and deep conditioning. Milbon hair care products are used. Keravive scalp treatments come in partial versions that cover the hairline, crown or one thinning area, and full versions for the entire scalp. Both include a cleanse, peptide infusion, LED light and scalp massage. Custom massages are offered at 60 or 90 minutes with a choice of light, medium or intense pressure.
Visit expectations are straightforward. First-time clients complete an online intake form, and all forms should be filled out before arriving on time. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late cannot be accepted for a treatment. Confirmation texts go out the day before, and changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice, made through the booking page or by text. Calls and texts are welcome, with texting preferred. Pricing and policies can change at any time.
Monthly memberships come in four levels, from one Hydrafacial Classic or 60-minute European Custom Facial per month up to a Hydrafacial Deluxe with a massage. Each plan needs a six-month minimum and then continues month to month, with automatic renewal. Unused services roll over to a later month but are not refunded. Services can be shared with a friend if the studio is told in advance and the recipient and services are named. Memberships can be frozen during the first six months if the client is away but cannot be cancelled during that period. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or custom amounts and never expire. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Treatments are chosen around each client, with the European Custom Facial built after consultation and packages offered in 3, 6 and 10 visit sets.
