Hours run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. The business is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
When booking, clients are asked to say what is currently on their nails. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; after that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Clients who cannot attend are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved. Two no-shows result in a ban from booking future appointments, and clients must ask before bringing extra guests.
Payment can be made with Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment.
