Booking requires a non-refundable $20 deposit, which is applied to the service total. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or missed on shorter notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. There is a 20-minute grace period; after that, the visit is canceled and treated as a no-show. Clients with an unpaid balance cannot book again until it is cleared. Questions can be sent through the email form on the website.
The menu covers manicures, pedicures, gel overlays, Gel-X sets, toe tips, nail art, polish changes and removal. A classic manicure includes cuticle care, shaping and an air-dry polish, and takes about 30 minutes. A basic gel pedicure adds callus removal, exfoliation and a lotion massage, and the deluxe version adds a clay mask, warm towels and a paraffin treatment.
Structured gel overlays start at $55, and the studio recommends a fill every two to three weeks; the fill includes rebalancing, reshaping, cuticle care and a gel finish. Gel-X full sets use Aprés Gel-X for extensions, and a set can include removal of a previous one. Nail art is priced in four tiers, from one to three nails up to elaborate character designs, with the top tier priced by design.
