The menu centers on extensions and enhancements: Gel X and Polygel sets and fills, hard gel fills and overlays, and Polygel full sets, with prices listed for each. Gel manicures are offered in a kids version and an adult version, and nail art is priced in three tiers, from minimal designs to characters, 3D elements, chrome and full custom work. Repairs and removals are also available.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, neither early nor late, and to send nail design ideas by text, email or direct message before the appointment. Anyone who needs a sizing kit should buy one beforehand, since the business is not responsible for sizes chosen by the client. A soak off is required before service if product is still on the nails.

Maintenance timing is part of the booking. Polygel fills are typically booked every two to three weeks, and a rebalance is required once four weeks pass without a fill. Gel X fills are a three-week cycle, and a new full set is needed after three fills. A rebalance fee of $15 is added to the set or fill price when it applies.

Nail repairs carry a seven-day guarantee: repairs within three days are free, after three days they are charged per nail, and they are not offered once two weeks have passed since the original appointment. Services are non-refundable, and product purchases are final with no returns for product and sanitary reasons. Product orders take three to ten business days to process.

The studio works by appointment only and asks clients to share design ideas ahead of time so the set can be planned around them.
