Removal options include a standard soak off and a removal for nails that were not done by the nail tech, which is a full soak off. The salon does not fill over acrylics applied by other nail techs, so clients come in with bare nails, with nails previously done at the salon, or book a soak off first. Fill-ins are planned for two to four weeks of growth, and fills after four to four and a half weeks need a soak off or are charged the full set price.

Booking is open up to 30 days ahead. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more carry a $10 late fee, and appointments are canceled if a client arrives 15 minutes late. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 20 hours of the appointment, and after two late appointments the nail tech will no longer serve that client. One guest may attend and should be able to sit on their own; other guests wait in the salon waiting area.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
