The boutique was founded by Noura Baadarani, who works as its esthetician and specializes in brow design and lash artistry. The salon says its treatments aim to leave clients looking refreshed and feeling more at ease in their own skin.

First-time facial clients book The First Serve, an 80-minute new client facial that begins with an in-depth consultation and skin analysis, followed by a customized facial. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to park and settle in. Patch tests are available before brow lamination or tinting.

Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations or rescheduling requests need at least 48 hours' notice by text or phone; changes inside that window carry a 40% service fee, same-day cancellations are charged the full service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may be treated as a missed appointment, and late arrivals may have their time shortened to respect other clients. Clients are responsible for following pre-care instructions, and a service may be rescheduled or charged a fee if they are not followed. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
