The salon says that protecting the integrity of clients' hair is its top priority. A hair consultation is a free 15-minute conversation about what the client wants and a customized plan. Color correction starts with an in-person consultation of about 15 minutes, starting at $150 and charged at $150 per hour, to assess what correction is needed and estimate the time it will take.

Appointment lengths vary by service. A women's haircut runs 45 minutes at $90 and includes a shampoo, a customized cut, and a blow-dry and style. A men's haircut runs 30 minutes at $60 and includes the same steps. A blowout is 45 minutes at $58. Flat iron or curl add-ons take 30 minutes at $30 and can follow a blowout or be done on clean, dry hair. Updos and bridal hairstyle trials take 60 minutes at $110 each, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and no product.

Keratin services are the longest appointments. The express keratin treatment starts at $200 and takes 75 minutes, with results typically lasting 4 to 6 weeks. The full keratin treatment starts at $385 and takes 180 minutes, with results typically lasting 3 to 6 months. The full Brazilian blowout is a keratin smoothing service that softens frizz and leaves a softer, more natural bend than traditional keratin. Pairing any of these with a haircut is priced separately.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday and Sunday.
