Half Sets, starting at $40, cover roughly 50 to 70 percent of the natural lash line for a wispy look. Volume Lashes ($55) and Signature Hybrid Lashes ($50) both use handmade volume fans, with the hybrid mixing in single lashes. Mascara Wet Sets ($50) are a classic-style set. Each takes about an hour or more. Fill timing depends on how long it has been since the last visit: for Volume and Hybrid sets, 2 to 3 weeks is a standard fill, 3 to 3.5 weeks is an Ultrafill, and 3.5 weeks or more is a Full Set. The Mascara Wet Set has its own scale, with a refill at 2 to 3 weeks, an Ultrafill at 3 to 3.5 weeks, and a mini fill when it has been under one week.

A Korean Lash Lift starts at $90 and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Foreign Fill ($120, about 1 hour 45 minutes) is for clients who already have lashes from another technician. Photos must be sent by text or direct message for approval before the appointment can be booked, and poorly applied lashes may need a removal and a Full Set before a Foreign Fill. Lash Removal ($25, about an hour) uses a cream or gel product and can also remove foreign lashes; it is $15 when removed ahead of a Full Set. Bottom lashes can be added for $30, and a patch test is listed for lashes at about 20 minutes with no charge.

Brow Lamination with Brow Shaping starts at $15 and takes about 30 minutes or more, using Mermaid Hard Wax and tweezing. Full Face Makeup ($100, about an hour) includes lashes, and clients are asked to arrive with a clean face; if preferred, the studio can provide a quick cleanse and moisturizer. Hydrojelly masks ($15, about 20 minutes) are described as hydrating, smoothing, cleansing, exfoliating and toning, and they can be added to lash services or used after waxing.

Volume Lashes list a $20 non-refundable deposit that is due within 24 hours or the appointment is cancelled, and Signature Hybrid Lashes and Mascara Wet Sets list $25 due within the same window. Waxing does not require a deposit. A deposit can be transferred to a different appointment once; after that it is forfeited, and a new deposit is needed to secure a time.
