Serenity Wax and Spa takes its name from a goal of a calm, peaceful experience for every client. The menu covers two main areas: facials and body waxing, with prices listed separately for women and men on most waxes.

The facial menu includes the Look at You Glow Facial, which starts at $59 and runs 40 minutes or more. It includes two cleanses, exfoliation, massage, a soothing mask, toner and moisturizer. The High Frequency Facial starts at $85 and runs 50 minutes or more, using a high frequency tool along with extractions, massage, a mask, toner and moisturizer. A Vajacial, a 30-minute treatment for the intimate area, includes a cleanse, exfoliation, a hot towel, extractions, moisturizer and a hydro jelly mask, and can be added to a wax.

The waxing menu is broad. Small-area waxes such as lip, chin, sideburns, nose, cheeks, neck and nipples start at $10. Larger services include full arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and the full face, with Brazilian waxes offered at several price points depending on whether the client is new, on a 4-5 week schedule, or in maternity. Eyebrow tweezing is also available.

Before a waxing appointment, a contract is emailed at booking and must be initialed and signed. Facial services and face waxing have to be booked on different days to prevent irritation. Clients who arrive more than 9 minutes late are asked to reschedule. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service price, and cancelling within 24 hours is charged half.

Treatments are built around a calm, unhurried visit, with clear booking rules that keep facials and face waxing on separate days.

The studio is designed to feel calm and peaceful, as its name suggests.
