Serenity Spa Salon works across four areas: facials and skin care, massage therapy, hair, and waxing. Gift cards are sold, and spa packages are offered for facials and chemical peels.

Skin care starts with a consultation for each facial client, so the treatment plan can be set around their goals. The Serenity Facial runs 55 minutes for $85, and the Serenity Signature Deluxe Facial runs 60 minutes for $100 and is customized to skin type and condition. Chemical peels start at $125 and are customized, with TCA peels available. The Advanced Chemical Peel Treatment uses PCA Skin formulations, and the Atomic Power Peel requires a consultation and is only for clients who qualify. Other options include a Power Facial with microdermabrasion, a Jet Facial with an optional serum add-on, an enzyme treatment and a 4% retinol peel. Packages are priced by the set, such as six Serenity Facials for $450 or five chemical peels for $600, and the chemical peel package excludes 4% retinol peels.

Hair services cover cuts, shampoo and style, women's dry cuts, single process color, highlights, corrective color, toner and brow tinting. Balayage, ombre and additional hi and lo lights are priced by consultation, based on hair length and condition. Texturizing and curl services start at $150. Keratin Smoothing Therapy and Brazilian Blowout start at $350, and the salon says the keratin treatment helps control frizz and curl in humid or rainy weather. Men's cuts, men's color, men's highlights and beard trims are offered, and each includes shampoo and a scalp massage.

Massage therapy includes Swedish and firm focus massage at 30 minutes for $50, 60 minutes for $85 or 90 minutes for $125. Add-ons range from $10 to $30 and include deep tissue or sports massage, hot stone and Himalayan salt stone work, prenatal massage, aromatherapy, peppermint scalp massage, cold stone face massage, foot scrub, CBD oil and a muscle therapy option. Prenatal massage is not performed during the first trimester. Swedish massage and reflexology pre-paid packages are offered, with pricing still to be determined.

The salon uses a French hard wax for delicate areas. Clients should know the policies: a 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, new clients must hold appointments with a credit card, missed appointments without notice incur an extra charge, and clients more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled. Intake forms for esthetics and massage can be downloaded and printed before a visit.

The salon describes its skin care, hair care and wax treatments as all-natural. Facial clients are consulted first so each treatment plan fits their goals.
